Thank you for your interest in joining United Way of Charles County’s 2017 Campaign. The 2017 Partnership Application and the required supporting documents must be completed if you wish to be a Partner Agency in the 2017 Campaign.
 
You must submit one (1) online application (found at unitedwaycharles.org/partner-application) and one (1) hard copy. New or lapsed Partners must submit all the above information as well as the “Supplement for First Time Applicants” form and complete Section IV of the online application.
 
All materials and supporting documents must be received by:
 
4:00 PM ON OCTOBER 28, 2016
 
Incomplete applications or applications received after October 28, 2016 will not be eligible for participation in our 2017 Campaign.
 
Please also see attached/enclosed a copy of Admission and Review Policy for Partner Agencies of United Way of Charles County. Please read this policy carefully to be certain your agency complies with the statements pertaining to Partner Agency Status. When you sign the fourth page of the Partner Application, you are agreeing to “…abide by United Way of Charles County’s policies and reporting requirements.”
 
Please note: Agencies that are accepted as Partner Agencies will be sent a Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) application at a later date. You will receive the necessary documentation as soon as we receive the most up-to-date applications from the CFC of the National Capital Area.
 
Website note: You must complete the online application in one sitting. You are not able to save your work and return to it at a later date. It is highly recommended that you complete the paper application and collect the necessary digital versions of all the supplemental documentation before you attempt to complete the online version.
